Thanks for your interest in the EMIT series. It is hard to believe that sixteen years and over 200 concerts have passed since our first concert at the Salvador Dali Museum in 1995!

EMIT continues to present concerts with visiting and local artists and is a base supporter of the 18-member Helios Jazz Orchestra. Upcoming concerts include percussionist Tatsuya Nakatani,the SPC Jazz Festival, SWARM! event at the Salvador Dali Museum and the Timucua White House in Orlando, a tribute to the great Sam Rivers in Sarasota and other adventurous events.

Making creative music in Florida is very challenging.  I would like to thank our many volunteers and supporters over the years.  Special thanks go out to our board members Rick Olson, Jim Stewart and Andrea Moraes Manson for their planning and concert support. Peter Tush has been our longtime friend at the Salvador Dali Museum. Our media friends include Ray Villadonga, Eric Snider, Curtis Ross, Bob Pomeroy, the entire Helios Jazz Orchestra and others.
